One of the perennial problems in development is getting sign-off from stakeholders on a design. Even when you think everyone is in agreement, individual memories get blurry, and you wind up spending time and resources on tweaks or even redesigns.
Recently, I came across a nice online tool at GetSignOff.com that allows you to set up projects, present your designs and invite clients to comment. At the end of the review process, your clients can sign off on the project, and you have a complete audit trail of all comments as well as the final agreement. Oh, did I mention? This service is free!
